Creative Data Fellows
Since supporting a cohort of arts organizations in growing their data skills, we have seen a strong desire to use data to better understand organizational impact.
We are thrilled to be launching the next iteration of our Data Training initiative through the Creative Data Fellows programme, which sees arts and culture organizations working directly with Mass Culture-verified Data Coaches Gaëlle Ramboanasolo and Meena Das at no cost to the organizations.
Meet the Data Coaches

Meenakshi "Meena" Das
Meena Das (she/her/hers) is the founder, consultant, and facilitator of two practices - NamasteData and Data Is For Everyone. NamasteData focuses on advancing data equity for nonprofits and social impact agencies, while Data Is For Everyone provides invaluable tools and resources to help people learn how to navigate the world of data.
Meena is a specialist in designing and teaching equitable research tools and analyzing engagement. She approaches her work with a deep sense of love and respect for the community, drawing upon her decade-plus experience of working with data to provide a unique perspective on the field. She supports nonprofits in three critical areas: data collection assessments, community surveys, and staff workshops on improving data equity, incorporating data collection, visualization, and human-centric algorithms.
